Agilent Technologies has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Dako, a Denmark-based cancer diagnostic company, for $2.2 billion. Dako provides antibodies, reagents, scientific instruments and software primarily to customers in pathology labs for diagnostics for cancer patients.
